Due to the excessive amount of [SPAM] email in the system and the excessive load it is putting on our mail servers, we at Ratservers will no longer be forwarding this to your mail box, but rather deleting it as it is processed.
To prevent any of your wanted mail from being deleted please go to your user area:

Log in with your email username and pwd.
Click on the "Mai" button and then on the "SpamAssassin Mail Filter" button.
Next click on the "Allowed and Denied Addresses".
You then need to export your address book from where ever you have it - and then import it into the SpamAssassin area using the "Import From File" option at the foot of the page. (Optionally you can type them in manually at the top of the page.)
